Sales Policy 

Welcome to Dollhouse Bunnies, I focus on quality and well-adjusted rabbits. We put so much into our barn, we feed premium pellets, high quality hay and organic veggies. We also offer old fashion oats, and black oil sunflower seeds as needed.

Our Sales Policy: I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale as I determine necessary. I try to match up those best suited people to offer the best quality of life to our babies. It is not first come first served with our rabbits, we do not breed a lot and do often keep a waiting list. We do not hold a rabbit without having a non-refundable deposit. The pickup date for the rabbit will be on the email or invoice. We do try to accommodate, but we will not hold a rabbit after the pickup date without a plan being agreed to. Should extenuating circumstances occur, example: a rabbit becoming sick in my care, or is not the agreed sex, refunds may be returned. But a buyer simply changing their mind, etc. that is not something that would receive a deposit back. Invoices are handled through Square.com or Paypal Friends and Family option. When picking up your rabbit, cash is expected please.

After the rabbit has left our barn, we do not hold responsibility. Upon pickup please thoroughly check your rabbit, we will as well. We breed to meet the standards of the breeds, but cannot guarantee sex, show quality or fertility. Please do your homework on the breed, seek out the national and local clubs. Rabbits are a 5-10+ year commitment, they require high quality feed and adequate housing/shelter. We do our very best to work with people, vet them out to insure they will make good owners, but this policy is to protect our rabbitry.
